A community
for living with PMDD
A supportive online community where you can begin to understand your patterns, build practices that genuinely support you, and feel less alone in what you’re going through.
Your first month is free.
There is no magic pill.
But there is magic in the ordinary.
I don’t believe there is one miracle cure for PMDD — or one approach that will work for every woman.
Instead, my coaching focuses on the small things we can weave into ordinary life.
Eating breakfast. Going to bed a little earlier. Taking a walk. Saying no. Asking for help. Breathing. Stretching. Learning when to push and when to rest. Understanding where you are in your cycle.
None of these things seem life-changing on their own.
But small, supportive actions repeated over time can profoundly change the way we experience our cycles — and our lives. We don’t aim for perfection. We practice, notice, adjust and begin again.

The 7 Pillars of PMDD to Peace
Inside the community, we’ll explore PMDD through seven areas that influence how supported and resilient we feel throughout the month.
Along the way, I also weave in menstrual cycle awareness and principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine to help us look at the body and cycle from a wider, more holistic perspective.
You don’t have to
figure this out alone.
One of the hardest parts of PMDD is feeling as though nobody quite understands what happens to you every month.
Here, you don’t have to explain why something that felt manageable last week suddenly feels impossible.
There is enormous comfort in being surrounded by women who simply get it.
The community is a place for honest conversations, shared experiences, practical support and gentle accountability — without pressure to have everything figured out.

Feedback from my dear clients
I did a program with Lili, and it was truly amazing. The way she shares her knowledge and connects it to your personal state is so special. Her presence, and the way she listens to you exactly as you are, with an open and loving heart, really touched me.
Her program helped me understand myself better, without judgement. Thank you again, Lili. Love ♡

Lili & her groups are absolutely incredible and I cannot recommend her or the group setting enough!

I came to coaching wanting to understand why this was happening to me and how I could live with the emotional and physical fluctuations of my cycle. Three months later, instead of simply finding answers, I learned to trust my body and move with its natural rhythms rather than constantly fighting them. This changed not only my relationship with my cycle, but the way I experience the cyclical nature of life itself. Lili’s supportive presence, and the time, space and safety she created, were an essential part of this process.

Hi, I’m Lili
I’m a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach and yoga teacher, and I created PMDD to Peace because I personally experienced how deeply PMDD can affect the way we experience ourselves, our relationships and our everyday lives.
I’m less interested in finding the one perfect protocol and much more interested in helping you understand your own patterns — and discovering the small changes that make your particular life feel more manageable.
PMDD to Peace is the space I wished existed: somewhere to learn, practice, be supported and be surrounded by women who understand.
Not sure if this is for you?
Spend a few minutes with me and get a feel for the way I approach PMDD.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an official PMDD diagnosis?
No. If you experience significant cyclical symptoms and feel this community could support you, you are welcome.
What if I have ADHD, AuDHD or I’m highly sensitive?
You are very welcome here. Many women with PMDD also experience ADHD, autism or traits of neurodivergence, and some identify as highly sensitive.
We’ll pay attention to how things like sensory overload, executive functioning, emotional regulation, overstimulation and the need for recovery can interact with the menstrual cycle and make certain phases of the month feel particularly challenging.
The practices we explore are never about forcing yourself into a perfect routine. We’ll look for small, realistic ways to support your nervous system and work with the way your brain and body actually function.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. PMDD to Peace is a coaching and educational community. It is designed to complement — not replace — appropriate medical or mental health care.
Do I need to attend every session?
No. This community is here to support your life, not become another obligation. Come to the sessions that feel useful and manageable for you.
